A little about me.
I endeavour to lead by example and have a very motivational, high energy approach. I thrive from a challenge and I am extremely driven, being hands on while maintaining an eye for detail. I’m quick at building relationships with people across all levels of an organisation to increase productivity and profit. Throughout my career I have managed and recruited teams that have delivered excellent customer service and exceed expectations of set performance targets. I have recently turned my attention to digital and field marketing, working with local businesses to get them online.

Using my highly motivational approach to engage with clients as well as having an eye for detail, I have been able to to drive organic traffic through effective SEO, Email Marketing and Social Media campaigns through Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Using WordPress as a CMS and tools such as Google Anayltics to provide insight, I have worked with my clients to ensure value in generated sales through online channels and contact.

Recruited and retained high performing sales teams, measuring performance through inspiration 1-2-1’s, coaching and training sessions. Cluster responsibility to engage with teams across multiple locations, providing ongoing feedback on effect sales floor management to create a more enjoyable customer experience. Engagement with senior management representing employees, including project involving 500+ redundancies. Advocate of Three, and passionate to get the best out of the team I led.

Tasked to increase revenue generated by implementing a sales strategy that ensured the team asked appropriate qualifying questions and effectively objection handled. During this time, productivity increased 25% and revenue increased 45% through upsell and cross selling quad play products.

Sourcing teachers through CV-Library using Boolean search and internal database, managing accuracy. Telephone screening candidates and booking interviews. Managing application packs including DBS and referencing.

Building new call list with clients across Norwich and Cambridge, promoting services of Marketing and Creative desk including negotiating rates for services offered. Client manage accounts including site visits to establish culture of business and growth opportunities. Sourced and interviewed candidates from multiple sources including LinkedIn and internal database.

Managing call file across 50 plus retail outlets in East Anglia. Prior planning of visits with store management to ensure maximum coverage on delivered training of flagship products and services. Accurate reporting through CRM. Employed by Blue Square.
